Duncan Anniss

Duncan Anniss is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational efficiency across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Interim Finance Director for the Netherlands at Lebara since June 2025, Duncan manages a £110m turnover business, overseeing teams in financial planning and analysis, financial control, and human resources. Prior to this role, Duncan held the position of Interim Finance Director for the Indonesia Business Unit at PZ Cussons, where significant improvements in financial performance were achieved. Previous experience includes senior roles at Tesco, where Duncan established a Global Control Centre of Excellence and played a key role in financial turnaround efforts in Ireland. With a strong foundation in finance starting from positions such as Assistant Management Accountant at LRC Products Ltd, Duncan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Birmingham.
