Ali Al Shammrani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ali began their career in 2005 as a Travel Consult at Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo W.L.L. In 2006, they transitioned to a Contact Center Representative role at Mobily, where they used multiple communication systems to answer customer inquiries and address complaints.

Over the years, Ali held various roles at Mobily, including Contact Centre Supervisor, Credit & Collection Supervisor, and Contact Centre Operations Manager. In these positions, they managed teams of up to 20 direct reports, supervised daily performance and productivity, and implemented quality improvement methods. Ali also played a crucial role in maintaining risk strategy and debt collection policies.

In 2015, Ali joined Gulf International Bank as the Head of Contact Center, responsible for leading the contact center operations. In 2016, they moved to Lebara Mobile KSA, where they have held several roles, including Sales Account Manager, Head of Sales Eastern Region, and currently serves as the Head of Direct Sales.

Ali Al Shammrani obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from King Faisal University, from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Dammam College of Technology. In addition to their degrees, Ali Al Shammrani also obtained certifications such as "Mastering Negation Skills" from Glomacs Training & Consultancy in November 2012 and "Certified Manager, Mastering Management Skills" from EuroMatech in December 2010.
