Benjamin Loeffert has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Benjamin began their career in 2002 as a Mason at Loeffert Masonry, where they created custom stone and brick masonry designs according to customer specifications. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Landscaper at Henry Services, completing landscaping projects for private and corporate clients.
In 2011, Benjamin joined LPCiminelli as a Design Engineer, where they led the coordination of design and subcontractors using Building Information Models (BIM). Benjamin also provided preconstruction services such as scheduling, constructability review, subcontractor scoping, bidder prequalification, and bid management. Benjamin utilized BIMs for scheduling (4D BIM) and estimating (5D BIM).
Benjamin transitioned to the role of Project Engineer at LPCiminelli in 2016, continuing their work with BIMs and playing a key role in project coordination. In 2018, they joined Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. as a Project Manager, overseeing projects and ensuring their successful completion.
Most recently, Benjamin joined LeChase Construction in 2021 as a Project Manager, where they are currently employed.

Benjamin Loeffert pursued their education in the field of Civil Engineering. Benjamin began their academic journey in 2006 at the University at Buffalo, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering in 2010. Subsequently, they decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills by attending the University at Buffalo Graduate School from 2010 to 2011. During this period, they obtained a Master of Engineering (ME) degree in Civil Engineering.
