Frank Tortora has been working at LeChase Construction since 2015. Frank started as a Preconstruction/Estimating Intern in June 2015 and worked until August 2015. In June 2016, they became a Project Superintendent/QAQC Intern for two months. In June 2017, Frank transitioned to the role of Project Engineer, which they held until December 2021. Currently, they are serving as an Assistant Project Manager at LeChase Construction, starting in December 2021.
Frank Tortora's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology, which they obtained between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Civil Engineering Technology. In addition to their formal education, Frank Tortora has also obtained two certifications: Procore Certified: Associate in April 2017, and OSHA 30 Hour Certification from the Occupational Safety & Health Administration in May 2016.
