Ian Crell began their work experience in 2014 with a summer internship at Ardent Mills, where they worked on the utilities crew. In this role, they coordinated cleaning and organization of the mill floors and created flow diagrams of various mill systems. In 2016, they worked as a Technician at Atlantic Testing Laboratories (ATL) for five months. In 2017, Ian joined LeChase Construction as a Project intern from May to November, and later became a Project Engineer.
Ian Crell earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, completing their education from 2013 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Ian obtained several certifications, including Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) and Procore Certified: Superintendent from Procore Technologies in January 2021. Ian also holds certifications such as OSHA 30 hour from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in June 2019, and Associate Concrete Construction Special Inspector and Concrete Field Testing Technician from the American Concrete Institute in October 2016 and June 2016 respectively.
