John Koch has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. John has been working with LeChase Construction since 2016, initially as a Project Manager and currently as a Senior Project Manager. John has experience in various sectors such as industrial, process, higher education, hospitality, and municipality related projects. Prior to their role at LeChase Construction, they worked as a Project Engineer at Charles Perry Partners, Inc. where they managed small commercial construction projects. John also gained experience as a Project Engineer Intern at LeChase Construction, working on the installation of production lines for a manufacturing company. Additionally, they worked as an Engineer Intern at the City of Rochester, inspecting roads and sidewalks. John has also taught as an Adjunct Professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology. John started their career as a Construction Worker at Koch Brother's Home Improvement. John holds multiple achievements throughout their educational journey, including being a member of Tau Alpha Pi National Honor Society and receiving the Summa Cum Laude distinction at RIT. Before pursuing their career in construction, they served in the United States Marine Corps as a Corporal, where they gained experience in budget analysis and legal administration.
John Koch earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from the Rochester Institute of Technology. John attended the institution from 2012 to 2015.
