John Pryce has worked in various roles throughout their career. From 2003 to 2006, they served as an Owner's Representative at Michigan State University, overseeing construction projects and managing budgets. In 2007, they joined LeChase Construction as a Project Scheduler, utilizing their expertise in developing and maintaining construction and project schedules. John was also involved in preconstruction estimating as a Preconstruction Estimator, delivering high-quality estimates and schedules to clients. More recently, John worked as the Chief Pre-Construction Estimator at LeChase Construction, leading a team in managing the estimating process and developing relationships with contractors. Additionally, they acted as an Adjunct Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology, teaching a course on Construction Planning & Scheduling.
