Dennis Weiche

Dennis Weiche has extensive experience in human resources. Dennis currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Lechler GmbH. Prior to this, they worked at Klingelnberg GmbH, where they served as the Director of Human Resources from May 2014 to September 2022. Before that, they held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager from January 2013 to April 2014. Their earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Manager at dormakaba from July 2010 to December 2012.

Dennis Weiche received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Human Resources Management from Pforzheim University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Dennis later pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Wirtschaftsrecht from Universität des Saarlandes - Université de la Grande Région, completing their studies there from 2017 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Dennis has obtained certifications in Workplace Health & Wellbeing and ChatGPT for HR from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR, which were acquired in 2023.
