Ashwin Patni has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ashwin started their career as a Chemical Engineer at Century Cement, where they gained experience in daily production reports and participated in various plant operations. Ashwin then worked as a Chemical Engineer Co-op at Monsanto Co, where they gained hands-on experience in reactor operations and contributed to projects focused on energy efficiency and heat enhancement processes.

Following this, Ashwin joined Lechler, Inc as an Application Engineer, where they played a major role in designing and implementing various systems in the cement, mining, power, refinery, and chemical industries. Ashwin then served as a Key Account Manager at Lechler, Inc, where they focused on business development, account management, and marketing for various Lechler products.

Subsequently, Ashwin joined Swiss Re as a Vice President, where they specialized in assessing casualty risks in the chemical, food, mining, and energy sectors. Ashwin then returned to Lechler, Inc as a Director of Business Development, where they successfully developed and led a new business unit focused on the oil and gas and specialty chemical industry, addressing deficiencies in the product portfolio and services.

Currently, Ashwin serves as the Director of the Process Technology Division at Lechler, Inc, where they lead product development initiatives, crafts effective go-to-market strategies, and manages the division's profitability through strong financial acumen.

Ashwin Patni has a diverse education history. Ashwin obtained a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Nagpur University in 2002. Ashwin then pursued a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, completing it in 2005. In 2015, they enrolled in Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and earned an MBA with a specialization in Marketing. During their time at Kellogg, they also participated in an exchange program at Peking University in 2016, focusing on Doing Business in China. Additionally, Ashwin holds a certification as an E.I.T.
