Florian Teichert-Wentzel

Florian Teichert-Wentzel has a diverse work experience in the field of taxation. Florian started their career as an intern at Augsburger Aktienbank AG in 2008 and later interned at KPMG Deutschland in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a student assistant at the Chair of Business Taxation at Freie Universität Berlin. Florian then joined PwC Deutschland as an intern and later as a consultant from 2011 to 2014.

In 2014, Florian became a Certified Tax Advisor at BEITEN BURKHARDT, where they were involved in reviewing and implementing Tax Compliance Management Systems. Florian also provided opinions on International Taxation issues and structuring.

From 2018 to 2022, Florian worked at E.ON, first as a Tax Specialist/Syndikus-Steuerberater, where they provided tax advice, cross-functional teamwork, and project planning in an integration project. Later, they served as a Tax Business Partner for E.ON Business Segment Retail & New Solutions, acting as a tax contact and information partner for local CFOs and managing directors.

Currently, Florian is the Head of Tax at Lechwerke AG as of March 2022.

Florian Teichert-Wentzel obtained their education in the field of Business Administration. Florian first attended the University of Augsburg from 2007 to 2009, where they completed their Intermediate diploma. Florian then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree at the Freie Universität Berlin from 2009 to 2011. Finally, Florian went on to earn a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree with a specialization in Business Administration - Accounting and Taxation from the University of Cologne, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.
