Cathy Bou has extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry, notably serving as Responsable d’agence at Leclerc Voyages since December 2004, where Cathy has successfully managed one of the top five profit centers in the region. Under Cathy's leadership, the business achieved a 310% increase in revenue from 2006 to 2019 through strategic internal and external actions. Cathy's responsibilities include reporting, administrative oversight, recruitment, team management, and client relationship management, alongside implementing crisis action plans and a service certification. Previously, Cathy excelled as a Commerciale at Leclerc Voyages and as Pilote Vacances at GROUPE FRAM, where Cathy represented the company abroad. Cathy holds a Bachelor's degree from Sheffield Hallam University and various qualifications in tourism and leisure.
