Heather Hartlerode

Heather Hartlerode is an experienced HR professional specializing in training and human resource management. Currently serving as an HR Generalist and Training Specialist at LECO since May 2023, Heather previously held roles at Four Winds Casinos, where responsibilities included Training Specialist and Human Resource Representative from July 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, Heather was a Training Coordinator at Lane Automotive from August 2019 to July 2022. Heather holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Ferris State University and an Associates in Art in Electronic Media from Holyoke Community College.
