Mark Merrick

Mark Merrick is a seasoned analytical chemist with extensive experience in gas chromatography and method development. Currently serving as the Product Leader and Lead Scientist for Gas Chromatography at LECO Corporation since December 1996, Mark has specialized in fast GC and GCxGC techniques, as well as the Agilent 6890 and 7890 GC systems. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Business Analytical Chemist at Dow Chemical from October 1989 to December 1996, where responsibilities included supporting the surfactant business and developing laboratory methods for both plant operations and research and development. Mark holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry and a BS in Chemistry from Purdue University.
