Jaime Caputo Babiak

Jaime Caputo Babiak, PharmD, MHSA, NHA has extensive work experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Starting in 2002, they worked at Rite Aid Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician, Intern, and eventually Pharmacy Manager until July 2013. From October 2011 to March 2015, they worked as a Pharmacist at St. Vincent Hospital.

In March 2015, Jaime joined LECOM Institute for Successful Aging as the Director of Pharmacy, a role they held until their current position. They have also served as the Director of LTC Operations from April 2017 to November 2019, and as the Director of Operations from November 2019 to June 2023. Currently, Jaime holds the position of Vice President Operations at LECOM Institute for Successful Aging since April 2023.

Jaime Caputo Babiak earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh from 2002 to 2006. Caputo Babiak then went on to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the LECOM School of Pharmacy between 2006 and 2010. In 2014 and 2015, Caputo Babiak pursued a Masters in Health Service Administration from the LECOM School of Graduate Studies, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
