Justo Hernandez is a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Glacier Scalp Cooling, where efforts focus on developing a novel scalp cooling device aimed at preventing chemotherapy-induced alopecia. In addition, Justo serves as a Data Analyst at the LECOM Institute for Successful Aging, collaborating with healthcare professionals to facilitate COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination and testing clinics. Previously, Justo was a Research Assistant at Gannon University, where responsibilities included investigating the strength capabilities of anatomical joints and conducting testing sessions. A background in caregiving was established at Visiting Angels, assisting elderly patients with various health challenges. Justo is pursuing a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University, following the completion of a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Gannon University.
