Mila Smart Semeshkina

Mila Smart Semeshkina has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2010 with a role as Public Relations Coordinator for Pro-Vision group of companies. Mila then moved to GlobalStar.tv in the same year, taking on the role of Public Relations Manager. In 2012, they became the Foreign Relations Manager for Vi, and in 2015 they were appointed as Director of Public Relations for PROFI.RU. In 2017, they became an Individual Entrepreneur and in 2018 they became the Chief Executive Officer at Lectera. In 2020, they joined Forbes Business Council as a Forbes Councils Member and in 2021 they founded and became President of the Women's Empowerment Council.

Mila Smart Semeshkina's education history includes a PhD Program from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) in the Faculty of Journalism from 2012 to 2015, a Master's degree in Media Economics and Management from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 2010 to 2012, and a Bachelor's degree in Russian and American Studies from Kuban State University (KubSU) from 2006 to 2010. In 2019, they obtained a certification in The Art & Science of Coaching from Erickson Coaching International.
