Alexis Noroy

Alexis Noroy serves as the Group Compensation & Benefits and HRIS Manager at Lectra since October 2021, overseeing merit review campaigns and variable compensation for thousands of employees, as well as implementing SuccessFactors and its related modules. Previously, Alexis held roles at Amundi from September 2018 to October 2021 focused on HR Reporting, where responsibilities included producing monthly headcount and CSR reports and analyzing compensation metrics. At Solvay, from September 2017 to August 2018, involvement centered around People Analytics strategy and the automation of HR reporting. Alexis also contributed to compensation policy and data management at Amundi as an Assistant from December 2016 to May 2017, and provided operational support for strategic workforce planning at AXA in 2016. Early career experience includes serving as Secretary General for GEM En Débat from April 2015 to April 2016, handling organizational strategy and recruitment. Alexis holds a Master 2 in Human Resources Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a degree in International Relations from IRIS Sup’.
