Anne-Sophie Dreux

Anne-Sophie Dreux currently serves as the SW R&D Digital Services Delivery VP at Lectra, having started in September 2008. With a strong background in team and project management, Anne-Sophie employs Management 3.0 practices, focusing on delegation, motivation, and continuous improvement within teams. Since 2017, oversight includes two Cloud teams comprising 12 developers, previously managing a PLM Platform team of 17 to 25 developers from 2013 to 2017. Prior to Lectra, work at Thales involved software engineering for embedded systems in avionics and information systems for major clients, utilizing programming languages such as C and Java/JEE. Anne-Sophie holds an engineering degree with a specialization in Software Engineering from ENSEIRB-MATMECA, completed in 2005.
