Regis Bevillon

Regis Bevillon has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. regis worked at Lectra as the Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing a team of over 900 employees and playing a key role in strengthening the workforce. Before that, at Orano, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Uranium Enrichment Business Unit. During their time there, they managed the complex transition process between two enrichment processes and the closure of a main site while establishing a new enrichment facility. Prior to that, they worked at Treves as the HR Development Director, responsible for implementing various HR programs, including an online job market and a mobility policy. regis also created an international incubator for young engineers and coordinated ambitious recruitment plans. regis further served as the Human Resource Director at Treves Matt, where they managed HR operations for a subsidiary with 550 employees. Additionally, Bevillon worked as the Human Resource Manager at Henkel Ecolab, overseeing HR activities for a chemical production site with 220 employees. Lastly, they were the Human Resource Manager at Valeo Lighting Systems, where they oversaw HR operations for two industrial sites and played a vital role in supporting industrial change and expansion.
