Saud Alajmi is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ledar Investment Company. They have over 25 years of experience across banking, housing, and real estate, having held senior roles at Al Rajhi Bank, the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF), and the National Housing Company (NHC) in support of Saudi Vision 2030. Their key achievements include driving NHC’s 2024 sales to SAR 28.2 billion with over 27,500 contracts signed, establishing the Sales Department, launching the Sales Excellence Program, and leading the launch of the Kingdom’s first governmental Smart Branch in 2018, along with transforming service branches into profit centers.
