Ebba Öhlund is currently the acting union secretary and international secretary at Ledarna, Sweden's chief organization, where they are responsible for leading democratic processes and coordinating international collaborations. With over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Ebba has previously held roles such as program manager at MyRight, where they oversaw aid projects, and communications coordinator at Shia, where they developed fundraising strategies. Ebba also served as a consultant for the Swedish Red Cross, focusing on organizational development and training. They hold degrees in sociology and social sciences from Stockholm University and completed additional studies in integrated marketing communication at Berghs School of Communication.
