Donna Dabrowski

Donna Dabrowski is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in industrial relations and HR advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Industrial Relations Advisor at Ledcor since May 2014, Donna previously held positions at Encana as an HR Advisor, providing comprehensive support on various HR issues while collaborating with management and employees. Prior experience includes serving as a Coordinator for The City of Calgary and a Senior HR Advisor at Suncor Energy, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR management, leadership development, and employee relations. In earlier roles, Donna also functioned as a Business Analyst for the SAP implementation and as a Recruiter during Suncor's Millennium expansion. Donna holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Alberta, along with additional education from Queen's University.
