Lucas Hallett

Lucas Hallett, P.Eng, currently serves as the Civil/Earthworks Manager at Tank Hill Alliance since January 2023. Previously, Lucas held multiple roles at Ledcor including Project Coordinator II and Project Coordinator I in Infrastructure. At Pacific Gateway Constructors, Lucas functioned as the Structures Discipline Lead overseeing a $5M construction project, managing subcontractor operations, and developing work plans for civil field operations. While at Graham, Lucas coordinated materials and equipment for industrial projects exceeding $25 million and led safety meetings for large teams. Early experience includes project coordination at Irving Oil, developing a $55 million asset management plan, and mentorship roles at J.D. Irving, Limited. Lucas holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in Technology Management & Entrepreneurship from the University of New Brunswick.
