Paul Carvajal

Paul Carvajal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in preconstruction, project management, and operations within the telecommunications and construction industries. As the Director of Preconstruction & Project Controls at Ledcor since June 2019, Paul leads the RFP process, manages contract reviews, and develops pricing strategies, contributing to successful project proposals. Previous roles include Senior Project Construction Manager for Kentucky's Fiber Optic Network, where Paul oversaw all phases of construction and managed utility relationships. Prior experience at Black & Veatch involved program management for fiber optic projects and development of field automation tools. Paul also held a Vice President position at Prudential KC, focusing on marketing and operations, and served in various managerial roles at Sprint/Embarq. Paul earned an Executive MBA in Business Administration from Rockhurst University.
