Paul Baudouin

Paul Baudouin has a diverse and extensive work experience. Paul worked for Ledger as an Internal Developer Success Lead starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Recruitment & HR Innovation at Ledger from July 2020 to November 2022. Before that, they held the positions of Lead Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager at Ledger. Paul also worked at PLES Convergence as a Consultant Recrutement from September 2014 to October 2018. Paul was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Actility from April 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Chargé de Recrutement at agap2 IT France from September 2012 to August 2014, where they implemented recruitment strategies, managed the recruitment process, and conducted sourcing activities.
