Alexander Colgan

Alexander Colgan has a long and varied work experience. From 2012 to 2017, they were the Senior Director of Marketing and Community, Digital Content and Community Lead, and Head Writer at Leap Motion. In 2012, they were the PR Manager for the World’s Largest Truck Convoy for Special Olympics Nova Scotia. In 2011, they were the Senior Researcher for the Lost to the Sea Memorial Project. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Research Assistant and Features Editor at the University of Regina. In 2019, they took on several roles, including Founder of Farflung Studio, Mentor & Marketing Partner at XR Ignite Community Hub & Hyper-Accelerator, and VP Marketing at MetaVRse. Finally, in 2017, they became the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Marketing at LedgerDomain.

Alexander Colgan received their M.A. in Social and Political Thought from the University of Regina in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Political Science (Honours) and English (Major) from Saint Mary's University in 2008.
