Hélder Ribeiro

Hélder Ribeiro is an experienced product management professional with a robust background in software engineering and project management, currently serving as Head of Product Management at LedgerLink since August 2025. Previously, Hélder held various roles at Smith Micro Software, Inc., including Director of Product Management, where leadership included managing a team to define user experiences on the SafePath Digital Family Lifestyle SaaS Platform. With experience as a Principal Product Manager, responsibilities involved transforming complex features into user stories, ensuring alignment within Agile frameworks, and overseeing release management. Earlier roles included project management at iMobileMagic, implementation of family safety platforms for major telecoms, and software development roles at Microsoft and MobiComp, contributing to impactful projects such as the mobGAS mobile app. Educational qualifications include a Graduate degree in Computer Science and Systems Engineering from Universidade do Minho and a Software Patterns course from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
