Donald Feeser

Donald Feeser has over 40 years of experience in the professional world. Donald began their career in 1976 as a Field Manager III at Digital Equipment Corporation. In 1996, they became an Owner-Consultant at Independent Consulting, where they specialized in CRM process improvement. From 1997 to 2001, they were the US Logistics Manager at Genicom, managing people and assets for a $200M computer hardware field service division. From 2001 to 2004, they were a Senior Product Manager at PeopleSoft, where they were responsible for product evangelism, requirements and gap analysis, and more. From 2004 to 2010, they were a Principal Consultant and CRM Practice Lead at Optimum Solutions, where they managed and mentored CRM consultants and provided functional project management. Lastly, from 2010 to 2014, they were a Manager of Business Analysis and a Project Manager at Avanade, where they designed and implemented application changes to meet the unique needs of clients.

Donald Feeser attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Grove City College.
