Nícolas de Lima

Nícolas de Lima has a diverse work experience in the fields of software engineering, site reliability engineering (SRE), and leadership positions.

Starting from 2017, Nícolas worked as a Software Engineer at Kyros Tecnologia, specializing in data organization and visualization using technologies such as IBM Cognos and MySQL. Nícolas de also optimized query performance for generating Business Intelligence (BI) charts.

In 2018, Nícolas founded T10 and served as the Founder CTO. Nícolas de successfully completed various projects, taking full responsibility for their execution. Nícolas de'stasks included developing user interfaces, establishing back-end systems, and setting up cloud infrastructures within AWS. Nícolas de also ensured the integrity of the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

From 2020 to 2021, Nícolas worked as a Software Engineer at Arena, where they migrated a data warehouse and optimized server capacity. Nícolas de also implemented an automated testing framework and ensured comprehensive test coverage.

In 2020, Nícolas joined Mundiale as a Software Engineer, contributing to the design of distributed architectures and implementing message queues.

From 2021 to 2022, Nícolas served as the Tech Lead at CI&T, where they managed communication and coordination between multiple teams based in different locations. Nícolas de also mentored and guided junior and mid-level developers.

In 2021, Nícolas joined Saturn Cloud as a Senior SRE and Software Engineer. Nícolas de developed Python-based tooling for controlling AWS infrastructure and focused on building scalable and reliable solutions within a Kubernetes environment.

Currently, Nícolas is working at Ledgible Crypto Tax & Accounting as a Senior SRE/DevOps. Nícolas de will soon transition to the role of Lead SRE/DevOps in 2023.

Nícolas de Lima pursued their education with a focus on computer science. From 2016 to 2020, they attended Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU), where they obtained a degree in Computer Science. Following that, they enrolled at ESAB - Escola Superior Aberta do Brasil in 2018 and is expected to complete their degree in Systems Information, specializing in the field of study Ciência da Computação, by 2023.
