Jennifer Young

Jennifer Young is an accomplished lawyer and partner/owner at Ledingham Chalmers LLP since February 1995. Currently serving as Chair of CBI Scotland since January 2023, Jennifer also contributes as a board member for Charlie House HQ and previously held positions as board director and vice president of the Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce from June 2015 to September 2020. Educationally, Jennifer obtained an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Aberdeen between 1986 and 1991 and served as a governor at Robert Gordon University from January 2009 to December 2016. Prior professional experience includes work as a solicitor and trainee at Dundas & Wilson from August 1991 to February 1995.
