Carlos Mora is an experienced professional with a diverse background in accounting, customer service, recruitment, and training. Currently serving as an Accounting Assistant/Backoffice at LED Light Expert, Carlos manages credit applications and QuickBooks. Previously, Carlos worked at Eastridge Workforce Solutions as a Recruiter Associate, where responsibilities included the full recruitment cycle and training new team members. With a solid foundation in operations supervision from Vervent and QA analytics from Pueblo Bonito Golf and Spa Resorts, Carlos has developed expertise in training and improving team performance throughout various roles, starting from the Internal Help Desk at Telvista. Carlos holds a truncated degree in Informatics from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California.
