Jasser Rayas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the digital assets industry and corporate law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Ledn since March 2021, Jasser specializes in legal matters for LATAM. Previously, as a Partner at Popa&Associates, Jasser managed a range of legal areas including commercial, corporate, and IT law, providing counsel to clients across Mexico, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Additional experience includes managing legal affairs at Teléfonos de México, leading an interdisciplinary team, and overseeing significant corporate transactions and compliance matters. Jasser's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Finance from Goethe University and several certifications in finance and taxation from prestigious institutions in Mexico.
