Ledo dd is a Croatia-based company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of ice cream and frozen food, including pastry, vegetables, fish, fruit and ready meals. The Company's products reach the consumers through the wholesale and retail trade, the catering industry, the Company's own retail chain, public institutions and export. The Company owns a network of branch offices throughout Croatia, in such cities as Zagreb, Bjelovar, Varazdin, Dubrovnik, Split, Zadar, Rijeka, Istra, Osijek and Slavonski Brod. It distributes its products in Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia. As of December 31, 2011, it operated six subsidiaries, based in Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and Kosovo. As of December 31, 2011, Agrokor dd was a parent entity of the Company, holding a 78.85% stake in the capital. On December 27, 2012, the Company acquired a 100% stake in Ledo doo Podgorica. On January 9, 2013, the Company increased its stake in Frikom ad Beograd to 95.83%.
