Denis Burakov

Denis Burakov is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as CFO of LEDVANCE since February 2015, where responsibilities include leading the company's transformation to a trade business model and overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, legal, business intelligence, IT, supply chain, and logistics functions. Prior to this role, Denis was Head of Sales Finance Controlling for Russia and Eastern Europe, responsible for implementing a commercial finance function and managing product and customer profitability. Denis's career includes significant experience at PepsiCo from July 2007 to May 2014 as an FP&A Controlling Manager, where contributions involved financial modeling, SAP project planning, and supply chain controlling. Denis began the professional journey as a Finance Analyst at Nestle S.A. from September 2002 to July 2007, focusing on financial reporting and consolidation of accounts.
