Natália Tavares currently serves as a Product Marketing Manager for Led Lamps & Smart Home at LEDVANCE since July 2023. Formerly, Natália held the position of Lighting Specialist at Nortel Suprimentos Industriais S.A., where responsibilities included business development across Brazil and project management, encompassing briefing, solution development, and commercial strategies. Prior experience includes internships focused on quality management at Continental, project management at CCR S.A., and safety management at BBOSCH Galvanização do Brasil Ltda. Academically, Natália is pursuing an MBA in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Paulista, along with a technical degree in Occupational Safety from ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo.
