Sana Wakim

Sana Wakim, CSSBB, CQE, is an experienced professional in quality management and compliance, currently serving as the Head of Government Affairs and Compliance at LEDVANCE since February 2016, where responsibilities include ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Previously, Sana held roles such as Quality Manager in Project, focusing on regulatory approvals and product validation testing, and Customer Quality Manager at Alcatel-Lucent, where efforts were directed towards enhancing customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement. Additional experience includes leading process improvement initiatives as a Business Process Change Management Black Belt at Alcatel-Lucent and managing critical customer issues as the Global Quality Engineer at Lucent Technologies. Sana began the career as a Quality Assurance Manager in the optics supply line. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management Science with a focus on Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
