Bernard Holloway currently serves as Co-Director of RISE Prince George's and Strategic Advisor at the Coalition for Smarter Growth, focusing on future-oriented initiatives in Prince George's County. Since 2005, Bernard Holloway has held multiple roles at The Institute for Responsible Citizenship, including Scholar, Summer Fellow, and Alumni Association Co-Founder. As a Public and Elected Leadership Development Consultant with Leadership for Educational Equity since 2014, Bernard Holloway has advised on educational leadership. Previously, Bernard Holloway has contributed as a Senior Advisor for Derrick Leon Davis's County Council campaign and has held various positions in political and civic engagement efforts, including the U.S. Census Bureau and NC Black Leadership + Organizing Collective. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Maryland.
