Courtney T. Collins, MSW, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the President at LEE since June 2017, Courtney has held various key roles including Chief of Staff and Director of Talent Acquisition & Staffing. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Recruitment and Director of National Talent Recruitment at Teach For America from November 2014 to July 2016, and earlier roles at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Graduate Student from August 2012 to May 2014 and at Teach For America as Manager of Conferences from June 2010 to August 2012. Courtney holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
