Marcus LeGrand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational support and community service. Currently serving as the Afrocentric Program Coordinator and Part-Time Instructor at Central Oregon Community College, Marcus actively supports Afrocentric students and teaches critical College Success and Business courses. As a Senior Leader Impact Advisor at LEE and a Director/Board Chair for the Bend LaPine School Board District, Marcus engages in strategic development for community initiatives. Additionally, Marcus has a rich background in project consultancy focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Allyship in Action, and has held various counseling and coordination roles in school districts, including Redmond and Carson City-Crystal Area Schools. Earlier career experience includes a successful tenure as a Senior District Sales Manager with American Honda Motors and service in logistics with the US Navy. Marcus holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Rowan University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the UW Foster School of Business.
