Sarah McLean, Ed.L.D, currently serves as Senior Vice President for Partnerships & Infrastructure at Leadership for Educational Equity, managing a 40-person team focused on strategy, finance, talent, and partnership expansion. Previously, Sarah held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Education First Consulting, where strategic planning efforts increased revenue and optimized business models for a virtual education consulting firm. At Teach for America, Sarah worked as Chief of Staff, overseeing a regional operations team responsible for education impact and fundraising. Earlier roles include Special Assistant to the CEO at Baltimore City Public Schools, and Executive Assistant within the School Support Networks, where project management and operational efficiency were key focuses. Sarah holds a Doctor of Education Leadership from Harvard, a Master's in Elementary Education from Johns Hopkins, and a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University.
