J. Ryan Welch

J. Ryan Welch, SIOR, serves as Principal and Broker at Lee & Associates Charleston since February 2012, after previously working as a Broker at NAI Avant, LLC from June 2006 to December 2011, specializing in land and industrial brokerage as well as property management. Welch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of South Carolina, completed in 2009, and attended The Carolina Academy from 2002 to 2004.
