Jon-Michael Brock

Jon-Michael Brock is a Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Agent at Lee & Associates Charleston, with a focus on multi-family and student housing investments in the downtown Charleston market. With previous roles as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Sperry Van Ness, LLC, and King Street Commercial, as well as experience as a Multi-family Developer at S.P.E Properties, LLC, Jon-Michael has successfully led significant development projects, including the renovation of historic properties on Bull and King Streets. Additionally, Jon-Michael has experience in marketing and market research from past positions at Midtown Bar and Grill and King Street Commercial. Jon-Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the College of Charleston.
