George Tanghongs

George Tanghongs, SIOR, CCIM, serves as Principal at Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth since February 2009, representing companies in the negotiation of sale and lease transactions. With extensive hands-on experience, George has successfully marketed over 16,700,000 square feet across more than 400 projects, including office, industrial, retail, and technical facilities in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Prior to this role, George was Senior Vice President at Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services from 1995 to 2009, focusing on landlord/owner and tenant/buyer representation. George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate & Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington.
