Reed A. Parker

Reed A. Parker, SIOR, is a Principal at Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth since September 2011, specializing in tenant representation, project management, and brokerage within corporate real estate. Previous experience includes a tenure at Banner Commercial, Inc. as a Tenant Representation advisor, as well as a Leasing Agent at Brothers Management Company, where Reed developed strong leasing skills. Reed founded and operated Lone Star Lawns from the age of 12, managing all aspects of the business until its sale in 2008. Internships at Stratford Realty Capital and Fricke Real Estate Investments provided additional experience in loan evaluations and marketing strategies. Reed holds a BBA in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business.
