Richard Kave

Richard Kave has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Richard is currently serving as the Executive Managing Director at Lee & Associates NYC since November 2017. Before that, they held the role of Managing Director at the same company, starting in April 2012. Prior to joining Lee & Associates NYC, Richard was the Owner/Consultant at Full Spectrum Real Estate Advisors, LLC from March 2008 to April 2012. Richard also worked as the Director of International Retail at Winick Realty Group from March 2007 to March 2008.

Richard Kave attended The University of New Mexico from 1970 to 1974, where they pursued studies in engineering, architecture, and business. Richard did not obtain a specific degree during this time.
