Heather Gray

Heather Gray is the Director of First Impressions & Transaction Administrator at Lee & Associates. Heather has over three years of experience in marketing, with a focus on industrial, office, and multi-family real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Heather was a Senior Marketing Specialist at Cushman & Wakefield. During their time there, they managed the marketing of over $4 billion in transactions throughout the southeast, seeing 300% growth since joining the team. Heather was also the recipient of the Cushman & Wakefield Pillar of Excellence Award for passion and performance.

Heather is a skilled marketer with a keen eye for detail. Heather has a proven track record of success in managing marketing campaigns from start to finish. Heather is also an expert in data analysis, which they use to identify business opportunities and track the success of marketing campaigns.

Heather Gray has a Master of Science in Marketing from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Event Management from the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management. Heather also has a certification from the CPT (NASBA Center for the Public Trust) in Ethical Leadership Certification and from the Shanghai Collegiate Internship Centre for International Business in China Trade Simulation (CTS).
