Irma Rios

Irma Rios, CPM, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector. Currently serving as the COO at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services since June 2018, Irma previously held the position of VP of Operations at 1st Commercial Realty Group Inc. from January 2000 to June 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing corporate operations, IT, HR, and the management of multiple offices across California, Arizona, and Nevada as a member of the Executive Committee. Earlier roles included Accounting Supervisor at Dutton & Associates and Property Manager at Best Management. Irma holds a degree in Real Estate from Chaffey College.
