Jonathan P. Richards

Jonathan P. Richards is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Senior Vice President for the Affordable Housing Group at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services since October 2021. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the position of Senior Vice President at THE LIHTC GROUP, specializing in multi-family investment sales for affordable and market-rate communities from February 2016 to January 2021. Jonathan also served as First Vice President for Multi-Housing at CRE Consultants from January 2012 to February 2016, and as Director for Multi-Housing & Investment Properties at CB Richard Ellis from September 2003 to January 2012. Jonathan holds an MBA in Business from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
