Joseph Pierik

Joseph Pierik serves as the Vice President of Office Leasing & Sales and a Real Estate Broker Associate at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services since March 2021. In this role, Joseph represents office space tenants and landlords in the Southern California market, focusing on the Inland Empire and Riverside County, while advising clients on real estate market information and negotiating escrow transactions and commercial leases. Previously, Joseph held positions at Oracle from June 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the migration of small to medium businesses to financial cloud technology and generating significant annual recurring revenue. Joseph's earlier experience includes an internship at JLL, managing property operations, and a law clerk position with the Orange County District Attorney’s office, supporting investigations in consumer protection. Joseph earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a Business minor from Cornell University.
