Marty has more than 25 years of experience in business administration and office management. She has worked in several industries including medical, engineering, textiles, legal, and commercial real estate.

She began her career in commercial real estate as an administrative assistant, working with several different brokers to assist them with managing their brokerage business and clients.

Her career evolved into office management and business operations management where she played a key role in the firm’s expansion and managing a staff of 37.
